The philosophy behind the Emmorton Recreation Cheerleading program is to build well-rounded athletes. We strive to teach our cheerleaders patience, responsibility, confidence, teamwork, good sportsmanship, respect, and commitment. The cheerleaders receive many valuable and rewarding educational experiences from being apart of Emmorton Cheerleading that they will use and remember long after they move on from Emmorton Recreation. These experiences will not only channel their enthusiasm and spirit in a constructive and beneficial manner, but will give them a sense of pride and accomplishment in being a part of a team!
